Therefore, we do not bill any insurance companies directly or act as a participating provider for any insurance plans. We will provide you with a statement of services suitable for submission to your insurance company should you choose to request reimbursement.

Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance due to the many limitations and restrictions. Where will services be provided?
We offer appointments at our clinic on 4th St. N. or at your child's preschool or private school. We have relationships with many schools in the area.
Do you offer telehealth services?
We do! As long as it seems to be a good fit for both the child and clinician, we are licensed to treat anyone living in Florida.
Is an evaluation required prior to beginning services?
An evaluation is required prior to beginning services. We also accept any recent evaluations that may have been performed elsewhere.
Can I discuss my concerns with someone before booking an evaluation?
Yes, we offer free 15-minute phone consultations to discuss your concerns and see if we might be a right fit.
Do you offer Occupational Therapy?
We do not directly offer OT, but we do have an excellent Occupational Therapist who shares space in our office. Reach out for the contact information.
How often will my child attend therapy sessions?
Therapy frequency varies depending on the child's age and current concerns. Some children attend therapy once per week and some 2-3 times per week.
